SERVICE TERMS
Terms of Service
These Terms govern the rights, responsibilities, and limitations that apply when accessing and using 48VPN’s international network acceleration service. Creating an account, activating a subscription, or continuing to use the service means that the user has read and agreed to these Terms.
Service Scope and Applicability
48VPN provides international network acceleration and subscription management, covering 90+ countries / 200+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes, client access points, and account status are determined by what is displayed in the user panel.
Routes may be used for general international access, visiting international websites, remote collaboration, streaming, and connecting to online tools. Third-party websites, apps, and content platforms are managed independently by their operators; their access rules, regional policies, account reviews, and content changes are outside 48VPN’s control.
Accounts, Subscriptions, and Device Use
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscription management, route connections, and configuration actions performed under their account. If credentials appear compromised, users should change their password promptly and stop using untrusted devices.
An active subscription has no device limit, but may only be used by the account holder and devices they reasonably manage. Users may not resell subscriptions, publicly share account credentials, continuously share them with unrelated third parties, or package a personal subscription as part of another paid service. Bulk account creation, interference with billing, evasion of account-status checks, and automated consumption of service resources are prohibited.
Acceptable Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the service is used, as well as the usage rules of third-party services they access. Users may not use 48VPN for fraud, infringement of others’ rights, distribution of unlawful content, malicious attacks, unauthorized system access, abusive traffic, or other unlawful activities.
If an activity may harm routes, other users, or third-party services, 48VPN may take necessary measures, including restricting connections, suspending subscriptions, or terminating accounts. Requests made under applicable law and supported by valid grounds will be handled according to the relevant rules.
Billing, Data, and Refunds
Monthly plans include: ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data packages include: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; data remains available until fully used and never expires.
Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. Users should complete payment after confirming the plan, data allowance, and account details. Records resulting from account selection, route usage, or the third-party payment environment will be verified against the order and payment status shown in the user panel.
A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 30 days of the first payment. The refund request must correspond to the first payment record; repeat purchases, plan upgrades, and subsequent orders do not change how the first payment date is determined. Once the refund is completed, the associated subscription, remaining data, and service access will end at the same time.
Availability, Liability, and Termination
48VPN maintains its routes, subscription system, and client access points, but international links may be affected by network operator changes, end-user system updates, device configuration, third-party platform policies, route maintenance, and events beyond reasonable control. Brief disruptions, route switching, or temporary unavailability in some regions do not constitute a guarantee of uninterrupted service.
Users are responsible for assessing the risks of third-party content, transactions, and account actions. Losses caused by third-party service changes, user configuration errors, exposed credentials, device failures, or violations of these Terms will be borne by the responsible party as required by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 48VPN is responsible only for liability directly related to the service.
48VPN may suspend or terminate an account in cases of unlawful use, subscription resale or sharing, malicious resource consumption, interference with system operations, payment irregularities, or serious violations of these Terms. After termination, users may not continue using the original credentials to access subscriptions, client access points, or route resources.
Changes to and Effect of These Terms
48VPN may update these Terms in response to changes in service scope, operating procedures, legal requirements, or third-party policies. Updated versions will be published on this page with the latest update date. Material changes involving account use, billing, refunds, or liability limits will be explained through visible information in the user panel.
Continued use of the service after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a user disagrees with a change, they should stop using the service and submit a request under these Terms while their account still qualifies under the refund policy. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
